Professionalism On-Site and Determination To Get It Right

• Will re-shoot any location if the previous photos & videos weren’t 100%, at no charge
• 36-hour turn-around or less of first edits of photos, videos & floor plans, unless otherwise negotiated
• We will provide unlimited photo & floor plan edits, and up-to-3 video edits at no extra cost
• On-Time Arrival at listings (Not Early, Not Late), and a minimum of 1-hour notice if a timeline isn’t going to be exact
• Our team will respond to any text message, email or voicemail within 2 hours or less during business hours, and within 8 hours outside of business hours for our active clients
• We monitor “our listings” to verify that all photos, videos, floor plans and materials are included, and notify our agents if there are missing items
