The County of Brant, with a population of 39,474 in 2021, is a single-tier municipality in Ontario, Canada. Retaining "county" in its name, it operates independently without an upper tier. Predominantly rural, the County of Brant borders the township of North Dumfries in the Waterloo region, the City of Hamilton, Haldimand County, Norfolk County, and the townships of Blandford-Blenheim and Norwich in Oxford County. It is adjacent to the Greenbelt and surrounds the independent city of Brantford. The Brant census division, encompassing Brantford, Six Nations and New Credit reserves, and the County of Brant, had a 2021 population of 144,771.

Named after Joseph Brant and established in 1851, the county saw Brantford become a separate city in 1877. Part of the county is on the Haldimand Tract, land traditionally belonging to the Neutral, Mississauga, and Haudenosaunee peoples.
